Basic route: Start at the parking lot below the Demänovská jaskyňa slobody cave (860 m) following the green mark (5426) to the Pod Repiskami crossroads (831 m). The path runs up the valley of Radová. The bottom of the picturesque valley with numerous rock formations has got short stretches in step like channel with washed-out “whirlpots”. The ascent becomes steeper once you reach the head of the valley. The path ascends in steep slope before it reaches the forested plain ridge and then continues in the forest to the saddle of Siná (1 301 m) in the side ridge of Bôr. Steep path leads to the right from the saddle marked in yellow secondary marks and it ends on the sharp rocky top of the Siná Mt. (1 560 m). The top offers a magnificent view. Do not continue further to the north, as that terrain requires mountaineering outfit and experience. Return back to the saddle of Siná (1 301 m) and start to ascent to the opposite slope. The long ascent on forest path will carry you to the upper timber line, where you enter the zone of dwarf pine forest. The profile of the tour becomes milder once you reach the next zone of denuded terrain. The high crest of the ridge offers nice views. The following moderate ascent will bring you to the Bôr Mt. (1 888 m). If you want to get to the top of the Poľana Mt. (1 890 m), you will have to overcome another two elevations and three shallow saddle. The Poľana Mt. is part of the main ridge of the Nízke Tatry Mts. Turn left on the Poľana onto the Cesta hrdinov SNP marked in red hiking marks (E8, 0801). Abandon the ridge trail at the next crossroads at the Sedlo Poľana saddle (1 837 m). Turn left and descend down the yellow hiking mark (8619) to the Zadná voda valley. Steep ascent on ill-maintained path with switchbacks in the head of the valley follows. The path goes through the dwarf pine zone and enters forest at Tri vody (1 370 m). Moderate descent along the Zadná voda brook will carry you as far as the hotels below the Otupný Mt. The final stretch of the trip is on asphalt road. Left of the road is the Mikulášska chata cottage and Vrbické pleso lake (1 120m). The tour ends at the parking lot and bus stop next to the Grand Hotel in Jasná (1 102 m).
