The house was built in the 80’s of the 19th century. The house was bought by the town Liptovsky Mikuláš hundred years later and given under the control of Janko Kráľ museum.
The exposition for the public was open in 1993 after the reconstruction and given back to the village Vrbica. The house is a picture of the culture and architecture in the 19th and 20th centuries.
The rooms in the house are furnished according to the contemporary style and there are pictures of the Razus Family on the walls. In the house we can find a room with the exposition of another famous persons born in Liptov region. The library is in the front room where the books written by Martin Rázus and his sister are gathered. In this room the visitors can also watch the film called Maroško written by Martin Rázus.
