The museum of The Liptov village in Pribylina
The Museum of Liptov village in Pribylina was built in touch of the building of the water dam Liptovská Mara. The valuest architectural memories were expedited (because of the flood) to the Pribylina where are open for the public from the 1991 as a Museum of Liptov village. The visitor can admire an ability of carpenters whose allow us to see a lifestyle in the past.
The visitor can see a house of the ironmonger, the soemaker, the rich mechanic or the school in the village with the flat of the teacher and the Church of Mary.
The museum has a regular undertaking (Sundays) where are presented habits and traditions of The Liptov region to visitors ( Sunday of sheep-cheese, Sunday for children, Sunday of thanks for the crop...).
