You can enter to the valley from the "Liptov village" -Pribylina where is very interesting museum ( Museum of the Liptov village)of the folklor architecture. Red line is prevents on the border of National park of Tatry from The Ziarska valley to the Podbandske. It is very comfortable walk a it´s offer a very nice views to the Liptov valley. Green line witch prevents from the Northwest to the top of  Baranec. It is much more hard then the first walk. Tourists much more often use a path witch is going more deeply to the Rackova valley.. The first one is long about 2 km and it is conected with Rackova valley and Jamnicka valley witch lies down in 960m and it´s called Uzka valley. In both of them you can find more tracks after the glacier. Yellow line is prevents from the branch of Rackova valley. The first two third are very comfortable for the walk. The line continues trough the wood to the large Prostredna Polana with old cottage – the evidence of last pastoralism. Blue line is prevents more to the deep of Rackova valley. It is long about 2 m, witch is in common with Rackova and Jamnicka valley and it´s called Uzka valley.

Possibility to use a regular bus line transport You can go to the Gaborova valley from the Rackova valley on the blue line what is a favourite trip trough the Jamnicka valley. This favourite trip is long about 6,5 km and on it´s border is green line do the Ziarska valley. You can climb on the main top of The West Tatras from the Gaborova valley.
