The favourite sport in the summer time is “cyclotourism”. The number of lovers the mountain cycling increase in the last time. This type of sport has an optimal conditions in the region Liptov because the motorway from Ivachnová village to the Vazec village lead the way. Another roads with smaller traffic frequency are advisable for this sport. Bike Park Jasná Unique and matchless in Slovakia - downhill & freeride & panorama From Liptov to Heľpa The route begins at the railway station of Kráľova Lehota running up the valley of the Váh till it gets to the confluence of White Váh and Black Váh, followin the later upstream till Svarín. A sidetrip to the upper reservoir of the power station „ Čierny Váh“ is a possibility to be considered, coming down the same way as going up. Dolnoliptovská The trail enters the western part of the Low Tatras, the final part of the trail proceeds in the Liptovská kotlina basin. It runs on busy communications but also on quiet forest roads. It includes one demanding ascent. It is passable for road bikes. Upperliptov line The rail runs through the territory of Upper Liptov regon in the boundary area between Low and High Tatra mountain ranges. The common stretch up to Štrba proceeds in forests of the valley of the Váh. The alternative A of the trail means returning by the eastern part of the Liptovská kotlina basin. This is also a more comfortable option. Around Liptovská Mara The trail proceeds around the Liptovská Mara water reservoir in the moderately or little dissected deforested Liptovská kotlina basin with pleasant panoramic views of the neighbouring mountain ranges. There is also a shorter alternative to the route passing by Vlachy. The entire trail Including the shortcut is easily passable by road bikes.
