The newly reconstructed regeneration rehabilitation centre Relax Hotel*** Avena with 160 beds is ideally situated in the beautiful tranquil alpine Jánska Valley not far from the village of Liptovský Ján. This area, in the wonderful Low Tatra National Park, is on the northern side of of one of the most scenic valleys where the Štiavnica stream winds its gentle way. The Jánska Valley is 17 km long and runs right up to the foothills of the highest peak in the Low Tatras - Ďumbier at 2,043 m above sea level.
